Return Policy
We want our customers to be our biggest fans, so if there is a problem with your order or product please notify us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation. For additional assistance regarding our return policy, you may contact our Customer Service department.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange new, unopened items sold by Grind within 30 days of the delivery date in exchange for a different product. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. To return your product, please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for returning the item with all returns. It is advisable to use a traceable and insured shipping method; otherwise we cannot give you credit for your return should the item get lost. All items must be returned within 30 days. Once the returned product is received, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order minus shipping costs. In order to protect your privacy, we generally do not have your credit card on file. Thus, once we receive the returned product we will contact you so that we can get additional information to be able to reimburse you for any monies owed to you. Shipping Policy
Products sent via Ground delivery typically ship within 1-3 business days of receipt, and take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipments are sent within 24 hours of receipt. We will notify you if a product will take longer to ship. If you have any additional shipping-related questions, you may contact our Customer Service department.

All International Orders ship via United States Postal Service.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What are your Products made out of? Our stainless steel mills are made from 316L Stainless; a superior corrosion resistance metal of the highest quality. Our bamboo mills are a renewable resource made from 100% Organic Bamboo. Our wood mills are made with eco-friendly European farmed Beech wood.
- Are your products adjustable? You can adjust our stainless steel mills on a very limited basis. If you unscrew the bottom, you will see that the peppercorns are actually cut by a high nickel content stainless steel rasp. This rasp is built like a tool and has a preset grind that suits most customer's needs. If the bottom portion of the mill is slightly loose instead of tightly screwed it is easier to push and the grinder is a bit coarser. All the wood and bamboo mills are fully adjustable. The smaller version of these mills (i.e. Osaka and Capri Sets) have a screw on the top, which is the typical way pepper grinders are adjustable. The larger mills (i.e. Dublin and Bangkok ) adjust on the bottom with that little wheel. This wheel "locks-in" the desired grind. These mills do not have the screw, instead they have a top that "pops" off. Therefore, you refill at the top and adjust at the bottom. That brings me to the next question.
- What is a "Pop Top"? The Pop top is the part of the mill at the top that "Pops" off by pulling it instead of unscrewing. People really like this for several reasons:
- Aesthetically it is more appealing without the screw on top (especially the Bamboos, which actually look like stalks of bamboo).
- It is easier to refill.
- The adjustable grind at the bottom locks in for the perfect grind every time. People tend to inadvertently change the grind settings on screw top grinders while they are grinding.
- You cannot lose that pesky screw which surprisingly happens all the time!
- Can I grind wet salt in your Salt Grinders? We do not recommend grinding wet salt in any of our products. Any variety of coarse dry sea salt works wonderfully in both our salt grinders and all our stainless grinders.
